Highlight of the Week: Good Golly Miss Molly

When you are feeling a little under the weather, what better medicine is there than going to see the parents for a good old home cooked meal. Perfect.

So the Hubster and I headed over to the Birch Bunch residence for a Saturday night catch up and if there’s one thing guaranteed to cheer me up it’s the fluffiest of all the Birch’s…Miss Molly Moo. She is our six year old Old English Sheepdog who weighs more than a horse and who loves to stick her nozzle in just about anything muddy or mucky! But we love the furry lump. Before I moved out she used to sleep by my bed (or on it when she’d had a bath!) and she always kept me company…something I miss so much about home.

Look at that face…!

She loves me really…!

You can see why she gets a lot of sneaky treats!

She adores us all unconditionally; even if she does trick us into giving her extra treats, snores like a bear with sinus issues and lets off the most disgusting of all dog farts (she can clear a room that’s for sure!) She is the softest, most lovable pooch and seeing her last night was my Highlight of the Week. She never fails to put a smile on my face (unless she’s dropped one!) and she so effortlessly makes me forget about any troubles… even if it’s for a short time. Priceless.

What is your Highlight of the Week? Hope everyone has had a fun, safe and happy weekend!

Until next time,

With Love & Precious Paws,

Katie x
